Mr. Prajyot Mainkar is the Director of Androcid, App development company based out of Goa, and one of the recipients of the Goa CM Startup Award.
He is fondly known as the ‘Android man of Goa‘ and has been also associated with Hon. PM Shri. Narendra Modi’s PMO initiative of MYGOV.In. He mentored more than 50 startups under the PMO initiative.
He also served as the Chairman of the IT and Young Entrepreneurs Forum committee at the Goa chamber of commerce and industry from 2015 till 2021 and Chairman of YEF from 2011-2015. He is the recipient of the Young Entrepreneur of the year by Business Goa and one of the Intel innovators in the country.
Prajyot also is a mentor to the IGNITE incubator by EDC Goa. He has delivered more than 400 mobile development talks across the globe of which the prominent have been Droidcon Greece, Android Developer Days in Turkey.
Recently, he became the first Goan author to publish a book on Mobile Technology called – Expert Android Programming, which is circulated in the UK, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh, and the first Goan to publish a book on Flutter – Google Flutter Mobile Development Quick Start Guide which is listed on the official Google website.
He also is one of the industry stakeholders and the mentor for Goa State-IT and Startup policy.
